“Everything In Moderation” – The Big Lie

Where did “everything in moderation” come from? Is it a relic of times past, people from the excesses of Puritan prevent obvious home? If they deny it for fear of certain things that we think of ourselves, pleasant? Or is it simply the rationalization of our previous denial that we are a company engaged in the production of disease, lifestyle?
If science has proven that the optimal exercise and sleep are necessary for optimal health, and if science has shown that bringing food for us, not only on health, but disease-free, it makes no sense “moderate” them “and” balance “with a pleasing appearance but also unhealthy lifestyles such as diet low in nutrients, health deprives processed foods full of sugar or artificial sweeteners, unhealthy oils, artificial chemical additives, flavors and preservatives and is it really agree, donuts, pasta, fried foods eat and sleep too little, in moderation?
